LatSync / Enterprise Technology

Intelligent systems. Independent authority.

AI can analyze, recommend, and request. The equipment affected by an instruction must still determine whether that instruction is permitted.

One enterprise. Many devices. Many independent decisions.

AI Meets Device Authority

Intelligence Is Not Authority.

An AI agent may identify a problem and propose an action. A recognized system may send an instruction. Neither fact alone makes the action authorized.

LatSync's bilateral-governance architecture separates the requester from the participant that has to live with the result.

AI can request an action. The receiving equipment decides whether to accept it.

Authority

Receiving Device

Checks its own relationship and permissions

ACCEPTED

Instruction is within granted authority.

Decision and evidence remain attributable.
REFUSED

Instruction exceeds the requester's authority.

The device does not accept it merely because AI asked.

What this adds to an enterprise

Govern the relationship, not just the connection.

01

Contain AI authority

Separate increasingly capable requesters from the authority to act on connected equipment.

02

Decide locally

Keep governance at participating devices, instead of assuming every decision belongs upstream.

03

Remember relationships

Use persistent identity and relationship history as context for evaluating instructions.

04

Preserve evidence

Keep an attributable record of observations and governance events for technical review.

Existing Software & Hardware Proof

More than an illustration.

LatSync has working software and verified hardware demonstrations. The original Governance Console image below is retained as a real product screenshot, not recreated artwork.

Bilateral relationship established

Two Raspberry Pi devices running different operating systems independently established a governed bilateral relationship.

Behavior observed at the edge

LatSync Alpha01 recognized unfamiliar outbound-service behavior and recorded it as evidence.

Observations reported

Participating LatSync systems, including the router, bridge, and Mac, communicated observations through governed relationships.

Technology Discussion

What would your enterprise equipment be allowed to decide?

Explore a specific device, AI workflow, or network environment. The question is not whether it can receive an instruction—but where authority should reside.
